PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

When it matters, it has to work.

Functional self-defense for professional users. Effective principles for situations where technique alone is not enough.

Professional users don't train for an exam or the next graduation. They train for situations where decisions must be made under time pressure, resistance is unpredictable, and mistakes can have real consequences.

That is precisely why it is not enough to master techniques under ideal conditions.

In my professional training, I work with emergency responders and professional users to analyze what needs to function under the actual demands of their work. This includes structure, distance, timing, control, de-escalation, and the ability to act under pressure – but also the question of which solutions remain viable even when a situation doesn't unfold as planned in the training.

Therefore, I don't teach the largest possible collection of techniques. We examine the underlying principles, test their effectiveness under changing conditions, and develop solutions that fit the specific application context.

For me, professional self-defense begins where a system can no longer assume that reality will conform to the training.
