MASTERCLASSES
As experience grows, the challenge changes. The basic techniques are known, movement sequences are familiar, and many situations have already been practiced thousands of times.
And yet there are points where development stalls.
My masterclasses are specifically designed for this moment. We don't simply look at further techniques, but examine what happens within the existing skills: How does the body organize itself? Where does the effect originate? What role do distance, timing, and perception play? And why does the same movement seem effortless for one person and not for another?
Often, the next step in development doesn't involve adding something new. It begins with understanding what is already familiar in a different way.
My task is to make details visible, uncover connections, and ask questions that enable new developments.
Because the more you already know, the more valuable it becomes to look at what you have missed so far.

PRIVATE TRAINING
In individual training, there is no curriculum that applies to everyone. There is only one starting question: Where do you stand – and what is currently holding you back from progressing?
I observe your movement, test correlations, and search for the factor that actually limits your impact. This could be structure, timing, distance, tension, perception, or a detail that no one has yet recognized as the cause.
Then we don't change as much as possible. We change as precisely as possible.
Especially for experienced martial artists, this is where the particular value of private training lies. You don't just get additional training time, but my undivided attention to your personal development.
More than four decades of experience are focused for this moment on a single question:
What do you need now to take the next step?

WINGTSUN ELITE
After many years of WingTsun, the challenge changes. Forms, techniques, and concepts are familiar. Movements are comfortable. Perhaps you're even teaching yourself by now.
And yet, points arise where development becomes more difficult.
That's exactly where WingTsun Elite begins.
WingTsun Elite is not a single seminar, but a development process. Together we analyze your current level, identify the factors that limit your further development, and work specifically on the areas where change will have the greatest impact.
We don't consider structure, power, movement, timing, distance, perception, and application in isolation. Their interplay is crucial – as is the question of how your WingTsun changes when conditions, resistance, or demands change.
Between the individual training phases, there is time to integrate and test what has been learned and to return with new experiences. This leads to the next step in development.
WingTsun Elite is therefore not intended for people who want to learn even more WingTsun. Rather, it is for those who want to find out how far they can further develop their WingTsun skills.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Professional users don't train for an exam or the next graduation. They train for situations where decisions must be made under time pressure, resistance is unpredictable, and mistakes can have real consequences.
That is precisely why it is not enough to master techniques under ideal conditions.
In my professional training, I work with emergency responders and professional users to analyze what needs to function under the actual demands of their work. This includes structure, distance, timing, control, de-escalation, and the ability to act under pressure – but also the question of which solutions remain viable even when a situation doesn't unfold as planned in the training.
Therefore, I don't teach the largest possible collection of techniques. We examine the underlying principles, test their effectiveness under changing conditions, and develop solutions that fit the specific application context.
For me, professional self-defense begins where a system can no longer assume that reality will conform to the training.

INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPEMENT
Those who have been training for many years, understand many things intuitively, and perform movements naturally, face a special challenge when teaching: their own skills must be made understandable to others.
This is precisely where my work comes in. I show master craftsmen, school principals, and trainers how to communicate complex concepts in an understandable way, identify the causes of errors more quickly, and implement their corrections in such a way that students actually understand what they need to change.
This isn't about a specific teaching style. It's about observing more closely, explaining more clearly, and meeting each student where they are in their development.
Good instruction doesn't just develop better martial artists. It builds trust, motivation, and long-term loyalty. And it shapes the quality for which a school is perceived and recommended.
The quality of a school is not solely determined by the abilities of its teachers. It is reflected in what its students learn.

CORPORATE EVENTS
Recognize conflicts. Set boundaries. Remain capable of acting.
What happens when a conversation escalates? When arguments no longer get through, personal boundaries are crossed, or a verbal altercation suddenly turns into a physical threat?
In such moments, what we know is not the only deciding factor. What matters is what we perceive, how we react, and whether we remain capable of acting under pressure.
From understanding to action.
Grandmaster Thomas Schrön applies the principles from over four decades of martial arts, teaching and practical experience to situations where communication reaches its limits.
His seminars combine surprising insights into human behavior with direct physical experience. Participants experience how perception, distance, body language, timing, and inner attitude can determine whether a situation escalates or remains controllable.
The goal is not to learn complicated self-defense techniques. It's about understanding fundamental principles and expanding one's own range of action.
An exceptional experience for companies and executives.
Whether it's an exclusive executive event, team event, management retreat or impulse seminar: Thomas Schrön develops individual formats that open up new perspectives, question familiar thought patterns and bring people into contact with each other in an unusual way.
The participants will learn directly,
how conflicts arise and can be recognized early on,
what effect body language, distance and posture have,
why perception and decision-making under pressure are crucial
how personal boundaries can be clearly set,
and why effective action does not have to depend on physical strength.
The seminars are practical, interactive, and deliberately designed with humor. They create surprising "aha!" moments and shared experiences that go far beyond a typical corporate event.
No prior knowledge required. No complicated techniques. But guaranteed new perspectives.
Each corporate event is individually tailored to the target group, the occasion and the desired focus areas.
Experience with your team what happens when theoretical knowledge becomes immediate experience.
